Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2025

MineCore Group ("MineCore", "we", "us") operates the M360 collections intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details during registration or partner application), information generated through platform use (disposition logs, call records, KPI data), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type, session identifiers).

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the M360 platform
  • To process partner applications and manage reseller accounts
  • To generate KPI reports and audit trails for your tenant
  • To send service notifications and product updates
  • To comply with legal obligations

Data isolation and tenancy

All customer data is stored in per-tenant namespaces within Firestore. No tenant can access data belonging to another tenant. Reseller partners can view aggregate KPIs for their managed tenants but cannot access individual agent disposition records across tenants they do not administer.

Data retention

Disposition and audit log data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to support compliance obligations common in collections, banking, and healthcare. Partners may request earlier deletion in accordance with applicable law.

Third-party processors

We use Google Cloud (Firestore, Cloud Run) as our primary infrastructure processor. All data is stored within Google's infrastructure subject to Google Cloud's data processing terms.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@minecore.group.
